FOR CORPORATE ACCOUNTS: 


 

PACKAGE A: 

 

· Unlimited consultancy on human resource management and discipline, labor relations & legal matters every month via sms, phone call, email or office visit when necessary. This also includes preparation of your legal form requirements and preparation of your employee’s handbook. If there’s complexity on the inquiry on questions of law which will require thorough research and rendering of written legal opinion for your company’s guidance, it shall be covered by a different fee which shall be billed to you afterwards. 

 

PACKAGE B: 

 

· Covering the same services as Package A, with additional services of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for accounting audit of your corporate finances, bookkeeping, income / tax preparation and unlimited consultancy. 

 

 

PACKAGE C: 

 

· Review of your employees’ / worker’s payroll ensure accurate payment of actual hours worked and application of correct wage principles as mandated by law or by company practice or policy;  

 

· Review of your existing policies, system or procedure and / or crafting of necessary policy/ies for the guidance of your workers and best interest of your organization;  

 

· Giving unlimited opinion / advice to your personnel involved in the administration, human resources and/or accounting as to a particular issue or dispute either via phone, text message or email during or even beyond business hours;

 

·  Monthly ocular inspection in your workplace to ensure full compliance / partial compliance to labor or local laws to prevent being penalized;

 

· Assist your personnel in crafting memorandums and ensure that discipline is implemented in accordance with the labor laws thereby saving millions for your company in the form of moral or exemplary damages;  

 

· Represent your company with DOLE if necessary, and settle without being compelled to pay, prevent or at least minimize, paying monetary consideration on any labor dispute filed by your disgruntled workers;

 

· Regular meeting with your company officers or as necessary for the resolution of any labor-related dispute including those already filed with DOLE or any related tribunal or agency; 

 

· Conduct auditing of your books of accounts, ledgers, or assist in the preparation of your income tax returns (ITR), improve your accounting system and / or guide your accounting personnel to ensure accuracy of reports, for check and balance purposes; 

 

· Prepare legal forms for your business transactions i.e. Secretary’s Certificate, Board Resolution, Affidavits, Deed of Sale, Lease Contracts, etc. (notarial fee not included);  

 

· Create, design or maintain your existing websites or online transactions; 

 

· Register or renew your business licenses annually with the DTI, SEC, BIR and / or local governments; 

 

· Weekly visit to your office by one of our managing partners to discuss or resolve your business issues;
